Power has developed a bad reputation due to the fact that countless powerful people throughout history have been wounded souls acting out their wounds more so than their light. As a result, well-meaning individuals today often reject and avoid power for fear they might be corrupted by it.
It is also true that many of us LightWorkers & Truth Speakers have made mistakes with power at some point in our soul’s journey — further adding to our resistance to embracing our gifts and stepping into our biggest self.
Layer on top of this aversion to power the fact that LightWorkers & Truth Speakers have so often been persecuted for our special gifts and for “speaking truth to power”, and we see some but not all of the reasons why so many of us survive on the margins of society and never fully embrace and step into the spiritual and worldly power that is our soul’s highest calling.
We are going to clean up and fix all of this right now, forever. For our benefit, and the benefit of all beings 🙏
Resistance To Life In Form In This World Of Suffering
For many of us empaths, healers and sensitive souls, the magnitude of the suffering here is intense, and we are torn between getting out of here, and sticking around to be a part of the healing and awakening of others & humanity.
Many of us are more comfortable and fluent in the world of spirit and realms of light – the less dense, higher frequency planes not bound by time, space or matter.
As highly sensitive people, our own suffering and the incongruence between the physical world and the pure realms is more painful and magnified.
All of these dynamics make us vulnerable to hating and hence de-valuing physical form, focusing on transcendence as an escape mechanism, pursuing renunciate spiritual paths & vows of poverty, buying into ideas of martyrdom & sacrifice, and in some cases getting caught in suicidal thoughts.
This terrible block has huge implications for our overall joy & happiness, physical health, financial lives, and really every part of our lives, including making it very difficult for us dealing with practical things like technology, accounting, and running a spiritual or healing business.
This theme can be a lot to face and clear, and the good news is we really can clear the karmic imprints between these dynamics and have a dramatic shift in our feelings about and experience of life in this planet. We can move from chasing disembodied experiences of light, to embodying all of our Light in here, in this level, and experiencing Integrated Enlightenment & The Joy Of Completion In Form.
And so it is.
The Who Am I Block - Who Am I To Teach, Lead Or Heal?
Must we be fully healed to help others find their healing?
Must we be a fully enlightened billionaire with no extra body fat to help others in the world today?
During this vulnerable session, we take off our masks in this sacred space and drop the self-judgment, insecurity and shame that is preventing us from fully embracing and living into our higher purpose.
As we move into a deeper awareness of Who We Really Are and our unique calling on the planet today, powerful “I Am” statements emerge. Finally answering the “Who Am I?” question in a profound, soulful way often leads to significant realignments of our identities and our lived reality in the days, weeks and months that follow.
LightWorker Specific Money Blocks
Some of the most highly gifted people on the planet who make the greatest positive impact on the lives of others are trapped in poverty or are barely scraping by. Many who are doing reasonably well financially still have resistance to receiving money in proportion to the magnitude of their gifts and the blessings they bestow on others, i.e., they’re not as financially rich as they could be or should be if they weren’t blocked and were living in a just and balanced world.
Furthermore, there are a number of spiritually gifted people who don’t feel worthy of doing this sacred work in the world period, regardless of whether they are receiving money or not.
Some of these dynamics arise from subconscious self-hatred, lack of self-forgiveness stemming from past mistakes (Power Theme); some of it has to do with collective programs and consensus reality devaluing spiritual gifts relative to “more practical”, left brain pursuits.
Add in limiting beliefs and social mores around earning money for spiritual or healing work, confusion about what money is and lack of a direct connection with the true consciousness of money on the planet, and we have another multi-faceted, thorny issue on our hands.
In our highly transformational work on money, we are going to unwind these knots, re-wire our neural pathways, go deeper into self-love, release old vows & curses, connect with the true consciousness of money on the planet, and forever alter our relationship with ourselves and money. This very special work is a big part of why so many LightWorkers have major jumps in their financial abundance and self-esteem during and after this program.
Continued Clearings Of The LightWorkers’ Persecution Imprint
While we went really deep from multiple angles clearing The LightWorker’s Persecution Imprint during our recent live event, it’s also true that for many people it is an iterative process.
We get a deep clearing and are able to shine our light and share our gifts in a bigger or possibly much bigger way. And eventually, we expand so much that we start to bump against another layer of this one most awful, karmic imprint.
It doesn’t mean the first clearing didn’t work. It means we cleared what was available to clear at that time, we embodied our light as much as possible based on our new level of clarity… And now there is more available and ready to be cleared.
As this is the core LightWorker block, the lynchpin, it’s certainly one that is worth revisiting from time to time (not too often, but every now and then 😊)

Fixing Your Broken Reality Mirror
As above, so below. Your outer world reflects your inner world. External reality is a mirror for your internal state of being.
Or so they say.
How often have you had a major internal shift that didn’t outpicture at all, or that only partially externalized slowly with a whole lot of frustration and effort? Or where the outpicturing came quickly but was disproportionately small relative to the magnitude of the internal shift?
One reason this happens is because prior to finding The Compassion Key most people have not been using effective tools and techniques to clear their karma.
They’re shifting their beliefs, doing powerful energy work, using conscious intention and creative visualization techniques… but the invisible karmic blocks they weren’t clear are blocking their most joyful life coming into form.
So clearing karma with self-compassion is one of the most important hidden keys to living a brilliant life.
And also, very often people have “bad settings” on their reality mirror, like the “All or nothing” setting that withholds the external reflections of inner shifts until the inner work is completely done. Or a setting that causes our reality mirror to under-report internal progress and disproportionately reflect our inner wounding (The “Shadow reflects easier than light” setting).
There are a number of reasons, some of them quite hidden, why the great internal work we do very often isn’t met with full and joyful externalization in our lives.
And the good news, we’ve discovered most or maybe even all of these here in Compassion Key/LightWorker Accelerator world, so now we just need to get to the work of clearing these ✨
Clearing On The Observer Effect, Interlocking Karma, The Triangle Paradox & Not Running Other Peoples’ Karmic Programs
Is there someone who when you’re close to them, it just seems you can’t experience your biggest miracles and live your most joyful life?
E.g., a parent, sibling, close friend, spouse/life partner or someone else you deeply care about, but it just seems they cast a bit of a cloud – or possibly quite a big cloud – over your potential miracles.
Many of us are aware of the observer effect, but don’t have the knowledge and tools to take our power back from the “limiting observers” in our life (and prevent ourselves from possibly being a limiting observer for others).
On top of that, very few people outside of our LightWorker/Compassion Key Community are even aware of Interlocking Karma, something Edward calls The Triangle Paradox, or the fact we are very often running other peoples’ karmic programs (And what is required in order to stop running them).

And so we can share our miracles and joy with those we love the most, even if in some cases they’ve had a tendency to be “limiting observers” in the past 💖

Sometimes we might be aware that we’re having difficulty thinking of synchronicities, or thinking of big, OMG unbelievable synchronicities. And we can clear on that.
Sometimes we hear discouraged voices in our head when we start thinking of actions to take. Or we’re not sure which actions are aligned. And we can clear on that.
Sometimes we may have fears or anxieties around changing the structure of our lives, or that if we build it they won’t come. And we can clear on that too.
Opening ourselves and attuning to little synchronicities and big synchronicities, discerning and taking aligned action knowing it will result in positive outcomes, making space in our life for the miracles and making our life more supportive for the miracles to take root and grow…
All of these – and more – are powerful ways we can support more accurate, more rapid, more joyful externalizations of our inner shifts.

Recording Of Edward Facilitating An Entire Client Session
Years ago Edward received permission to record a 1on1 session and use the session for educational purposes.
This was the only session Edward gave to this specific individual who was suffering from Menier’s disease, having debilitating vertigo attacks unexpectedly on a regular basis.
This individual had already clipped the nerve in one ear and gone deaf in that ear as an attempted treatment for the disease. And now the attacks were coming back on the other side.
They were in the process of deciding to clip the other nerve and go deaf also in the other ear. They were scared to go completely deaf as an adult in order to stop these awful attacks, this specific form of suffering.
In this one miracle session, Edward identified two root cause experiences from this individual’s childhood, which had imprinted and were continuing to outpicture as these awful vertigo attacks.
Edward guided this individual through the process of giving compassion to these two wounded childhood parts – and some other fun Compassion Key processes too 😊
Weeks later, the client informed Edward their vertigo attacks had entirely stopped immediately following the session, and that things that used to trigger attacks – e.g., eating chocolate – no longer triggered attacks. They were in a state of disbelief, literally not sure they could believe what had just happened.
Witnessing this session is super supportive for Compassion Key Practitioners on a number of levels simultaneously, a great introduction to the depth and power of the Infinity Process, and a glimpse at what miracles are possible with this work as we gain greater mastery (and as we expand our ability to witness and support miracles for others) 💫

About Edward Mannix
Edward Mannix is the founder of The Compassion Key®, a simple yet powerful system for healing the inner child, dissolving karmic distortions and spontaneously bringing our heart and soul’s deepest desires into form. His work has touched hundreds of thousands of lives around the world and often leads to miracles in people’s financial lives, relationships, emotional well-being, careers, physical health, spiritual lives and more.
Prior to becoming a spiritual teacher and facilitator, Edward had a successful career in the private sector as a management consultant and social entrepreneur. He earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University where he studied Sustainability and Social Enterprise, an M.A. from The School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Indiana University.
While pursuing his Western Education and striving to find ways to do good in the world through business and help heal Corporate America, Edward was simultaneously undergoing sometimes intense spiritual awakenings and transformations. Important formative experiences during this period include practicing Vipassana meditation for 18 hours per day in a monastery in Burma, travelling to Nepal to receive teachings and empowerments from Tibetan Rinpoches, and working with hidden masters from a number of traditions and geographies, spanning Asia, Europe and the United States.
Drawing upon unique insight and an unusually diverse set of life experiences, Edward brings fresh perspective to ancient wisdom and is an important new voice in the arenas of spiritual development and personal transformation. “Prior to my session with Edward and working with The Compassion Key, I had 3 miscarriages in a period of about 4 years. The third was the most traumatic because the pregnancy failed when I was already 5 1/2 months pregnant. I didn’t think anything could go wrong that late in the pregnancy. When it happened the doctors couldn’t tell me why it happened, and I think one of the hardest parts was not knowing or understanding what went wrong.
Almost a year later, my husband and I had been continuing to cautiously hope for another pregnancy, and a successful one, of course. But we weren’t conceiving, I think I was a little scared to conceive anyway, and I was starting to question whether it was meant to be. I was already 42 years old and beginning to envision my life without a child. I had recently met Edward in massage therapy school where we were in the same class, and I had a dream that he put his hand on my stomach and that I was able to have a baby. Which is pretty much what ended up happening, except not exactly.
Instead of putting his hand on my stomach, he explained to me that isn’t the type of healing work that he does, that instead he can guide me through a process where I would heal myself with my own compassion. We spent about an hour and a half together. He helped me find the root cause of the emotional pain around my failed pregnancies, which I quickly realized was also most likely the cause for the miscarriages themselves.
I gave myself compassion for unresolved trauma and guilt stemming from an event I had experienced earlier in life. I cried. I had a big release and felt light and like a big weight had been lifted. The next thing you know I’m pregnant. Literally, I conceived within less than 2 months of working with Edward and doing the compassion healing, and I knew then as I know now that it was our work together that helped me bring my child into the world. One time, 90 minutes, no follow-up sessions with him, no ongoing exercises by myself. I experienced a totally and forever life-changing healing doing this technique just one time, clearing the way for my baby boy to arrive.
I had a trouble free pregnancy, and as of today my 2 year old boy is totally healthy and is the light of my life. I knew I wanted to have a child, but as I started to feel that possibility slip away a few years ago, I thought my life would still be great and I would still be happy even without one. I know this would have mostly been true because I have a great marriage and I’m generally a happy person, but I really didn’t understand what I would have been missing out on. Knowing what I know now, I truly can’t imagine my life without my baby in it.

“After Friday’s fantastic EPIC call, which really went to dig so deep and shone much needed light in some dark forgotten places within me I must say that I am so relieved. “I was pleasantly surprised in my session with Edward to shift some things I had been aware of and unable to shift myself over a number of decades.
Our session centered on the moment in my child hood when my heart broke and I began to bury my light. The moment I retired my wings and decided to stop flying because others were afraid to leave the safe confines of their small worlds in order to go with me to the places I could lead them.
For years I have been doing a daily sun meditation in which I aim to access and embody my light body. But, for years, I have not been able to get there because as it turns out I, myself, buried my light body so deeply back then that even I couldn’t find it.
In our one beautiful session together, Edward took me back to the younger version of me, and he guided me through a simple, yet powerful exercise in which I used my own compassion to heal this heart broken little girl. After accomplishing some major healing on ‘younger me’, we also took a look at me today. From outside of myself, I gave compassion to myself today. Somehow Edward knew that we needed to give ‘current me’ compassion for her hurt feet that were so tired of carrying my weight through this world when I should have been flying or otherwise using my wings to soften the burden.
After I gave current me several doses of compassion, Edward asked me if I remembered how to use my wings so that it looks as if I am walking, even though really I am barely just touching the ground with none of my weight coming down through my feet. Upon his asking, I immediately regained this ability, and I could see in my mind’s eye the essence of myself flying around and happily hovering above the ground.
There was a triangle of light connecting me looking on the scene from outside of myself, the essence of myself today, and a now healed childhood me. As all these aspects of me bathed in the light together, I was my light body. I could feel it through and through down to the level of my cells. I achieved the state of being I had been craving and seeking for many years, but had been unable to reach on my own, and in this experience, a powerful imprint was created, an anchor or doorway back to this place that I can access later.
This experience by itself would have been enough, but then Edward led me one step further. Earlier in the session, Edward had asked me if my husband could fly with me, if I could lead anyone to these joyful places. I had said it was a bit confusing, some people come into this life tethered down and may not be able to fly.
After helping me regain my light and my wings, Edward came back to this crucial question, and he asked me again if my husband could fly with me, if everyone is capable of flying. My old limiting belief system could no longer hold me.
Yes, everyone can fly, and I can show them how!

“Not only has my work with Edward and The Compassion Key© led to a number of important internal and behavioral changes for me, but also it has resulted in a dramatic shift in my relationship with my life partner, which in turn is helping me pursue a new career path I have been desiring but been blocked from for many years. I am a Reiki Master, avid meditator and spiritual seeker who has been working in the private sector in an unrelated field for the last couple of decades. ” Hello group, a few weeks ago I started to give myself compassion for the struggles I have experienced in my career. something very interesting happened, from one day to another my bosses decided I should work on internationalization and localization, using my translation skills and I really like the new work although it’s challenging and quite chaotic at times as we really are still in the process of figuring out how we are going to do this. Now yesterday, I started giving myself compassion for my issues with money, mainly being afraid of not having enough and not being able to share freely and today my boss is telling me that we will be definitely talking about a better reward for my work when getting my new job profile on paper. This has not happened for years… Thanks Edward for putting out the tools. “
” At the age of 7, I was raped by my best friend’s father. The details of the initial and subsequent rapes are unclear as I have chosen not to bring them back into my awareness. What is starkly clear however is the way it changed my childhood, the relationship with my parents, my sexuality and my withdrawal into a shell of secrecy and mistrust for the next 37 years.
We’ve all read the stories of sexually abused children and the myriad ways it affects their life so I won’t labor the details. What I hope will suffice instead is a series of words and phrases that when strung together portrays an accurate enough picture: anger, shame, feeling responsible, isolation, fear of attachment, unsafe, bulimia, control, drugs, prostitution, overdose, therapy, failed marriage, sexual numbness, self loathing, mental numbness, loss of joy.
This was my life. It was masked efficiently behind many childhood and adult accolades and accomplishments — straight A’s, homecoming queen, NFL cheerleader, swimsuit model, high-profile boyfriends, Vice President work title — but behind the facade and engaging smile my soul was a shriveled fragment desperately wanting to transform.
Edward came into my life during a deep immersion in my renewal process. In one two-hour session, which was prompted initially due to some curious menstrual cycle issues, he was able to gently facilitate linking together all my life fragments and taking me back to where my childhood memories ceased to exist. Through Edward’s caring, gentle nature and the sphere of trust he created, the molestation, which remained dormant despite years of therapy, rose quickly from the deep trenches of my psyche and all the emotions attached to it surfaced and were released.
Without a doubt my session with Edward is perhaps the most pivotal shift in my being. I have lovingly given that wounded 7-year old girl compassion as I have for all the destructive choices I made in the 37 years afterward. Can one’s life change in a moment? In two hours? Perhaps not entirely, but the major demons shaping it can be released and one can step across the threshold into a new life. “
” I wanted to tell you about the miracles that happened on my vacation with my son, daughter-in-law, and my wee grandson. Before I left I worked a lot with CK on getting my stuff out of the way of their expressions of love. Without all the history, my daughter-in-law has been stand offish and seemingly a barrier to a relationship with my grandson, son… blah, blah, blah. Last time I was there she bluntly told me she didn’t want to hear anything about applied Spirituality, which was pretty much telling me not to be who I am. So I used CK… before, on the way there, and during. Middle of the visit she said (paraphrasing) that she really admired my wisdom and wanted to be closer. In the midst of her saying that, I had to REALIZE what she just said. I told her, ‘Of course. This, my darling girl, is my dream come true.’
Then on leaving, my son wrote me a check for my airfare and enough for a return trip later in the year. While I await his ability to share his feelings verbally, I know this is his ‘I love/value you, Mom.”

” I was stuck financially and I was stuck romantically. We worked on both of these in our individual session and I can’t even put into words what that session was like for me, but it was incredibly powerful and transformational. So, I’ve had some very good results. I’m happily dating, and that’s kind of a new thing for me. It was always very stuck energy for me before, and now there’s a different energy about it and if anything does come up, I just practice compassion and it dissolves it immediately. So, it’s a very wonderful tool. I don’t feel any fear around romantic relationships anymore. It’s more just excitement.
But then also professionally — this is really big. I’ve always had trouble making money before and being financially successful and I was just hired as an executive by an Internet start-up, and so it’s huge for me. I get to develop an online wellness community and utilize my skills. It’s an enormous change and it’s the type of thing that I’ve always known that I could do, but I’ve always known there was stuck energy there and I didn’t know how to fix it in order to attract those level of players.
And also, I want to say that you and I worked on me manifesting from my Highest Self and that was another huge key for me because I was always working on the level that I’m at now which is good. You want to be where you are, but at the same time, when I manifest from my Highest Self and my highest potential, it makes it effortless. “
” Edward, first off, again, thank you. Our session was great and I very much appreciate it. Just a quick check in as to what’s changed/moved since the session.
1. My chest feels very different. I never really noticed it before but it felt tight/constricted/heavy. It was such a part of me, I just didn’t notice it til it was gone. Now my heart chakra area feels very light, open and expansive. So whatever was there, is gone. I check in with it multiple times a day and it feels open 100% of the time. So that’s definitely a change. As to what this signifies, we’ll see as time progresses.

4. This is big. I had a Great Uncle who passed away earlier this year, a very wealthy man, never married, no kids. He lived about 10 miles from where I grew up and my dad took care of him his entire life — had been in very poor health since 1992. When he died the family rumor was, he was going to leave his entire estate to one of his nieces who lived several states away, who didn’t need the money, and who hadn’t done anything to help him in years, but they held the same unusual political beliefs. Several of my family members were really outraged about this but my opinion always had been, it’s his money, he can do whatever he wants with it. I had never throughout my entire life had any expectation of inheriting a penny from him. Well — his will was formally read over the weekend and apparently he changed it right before he died, and decided to divide up the estate equally among all his nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. There are 28 of us and I now stand to inherit a large sum of money — possibly $100K-$200K or more. This was COMPLETELY out of the blue.
5. This is huge. You may recall that I had to cancel the first webinar because I had a job interview. I’ve been looking for a new job for about 3 months now, having been with the same company off-and-on for 9 years. Well, my boss confronted me early this week and made me an offer I can’t refuse, to stay. An enormous raise (25%), added financial incentives over time, more autonomy over my work, and official recognition as the #2 person in the company under him, over everyone else and in charge of pretty much the whole company to some extent. You have no idea what a shock this is, given our previous working relationship, history, issues, etc. I’ve always joked (to his face!) that we must have done some really bad stuff to each other in past lives to be stuck together this way for so long. (We’re next-door neighbors and I’ve worked for him since 2004.) I’ve worked for him for 9+ years, never been thanked, never been given a compliment or any positive feedback, and only 1 small raise in that entire time. To say this was a shock is the biggest understatement possible.
Anyway — obviously SOMETHING is happening. I suspect some other stuff will shake out before the end of this week given that I have some stuff going on. But nothing else big to report yet. I just wanted to let you know — I think you said the visualization we went through was the first time you’ve done that particular visualization. So far, man. It works. “
” The LightWorker Accelerator was so helpful in ending a deep and sad sense of loneliness I have had as a LightWorker. The issues covered, especially of experiencing persecution were so miraculous to feel as if a voice inside was saying ‘YES! I feel like that yet how can I explain such problems to regular people in my life!’ Being able to tackle these issues in community with other LightWorkers was deeply healing.
I feel much less alone in life as a LightWorker now. This has affected my level of optimism so positively, and had good effects in every area of my life with things very much moving forward. “
” I wanted to stop by and share with the group — I’ve experienced a fantastic healing of a life long self-destructive tendency of destroying my fingers (nails, cuticles)! A few weeks ago I watched a Ted Talk on addiction, and I had a ‘trifecta epiphany healing’ experience of a) realizing my mother was just miserable in her own life; it was her problem (I wasn’t the problem) b) realizing, with the help of one of Don Miguel’s 4 Agreements (Don’t take things personally) that her drinking wasn’t about me; wasn’t my fault and 3) with those 2 things in hand, giving myself and my child version of myself who suffered so over the years, compassion, using the Compassion Key process …It felt like I’d put down a 200 lb. suitcase. And I’ve been enjoying a new, ‘lighter feeling self’ ever since… I wish for everyone magnificent healing using Edward Mannix’s work! “

” At the beginning of our session together the thought floated through my mind, ‘What if this is really it? What if this completes the healing from my childhood that I have been striving towards for so long, including years of therapy and various healing modalities?’
Moments later you asked me to allow the possibility that we could actually complete this healing once and for all. I noticed the synchronicity and decided then that it was done. And so it is!
My internal theme song has been happy happy happy since the work we did together, and I often tell myself now that I had a happy childhood. For several weeks I felt quite uplifted, and although I’ve had a few ripples of discomfort since then, I have not been in psychic pain and have regained buoyancy. So I had my garden of circles, which quickly turned into little ‘Mason Jar’s’ coincidently, with quite a few empty and several full of my suffering’s.
After coming back from deep focus of the center of my heart, everything was noticeably shifted (as well as my soul),very bright lighted, lofty, they had immediately all been floating, separated, and I felt as if all those sufferings were more than 65%, alleviated! WOW!, I feel the change/shift!!!

” The Compassion Key and working personally with Edward in several programs has allowed for a spiritual shift and awakening of my feeling nature. There is greater ease in all I do and more of a heart centered-ness instead of being stuck in a mind tormented place.

” When I had my 25 minutes session with Edward we gave compassion to me and my experiences of money as it relates to my family. Edward said that the relationship with my family was going to untangle. He said it better than I can repeat. His voice was so certain I believed him.
Shortly afterward one of my brothers sent me a text message asking for money. I read the text and instead of feeling upset about the request, I immediately noticed I did not have a negative emotional reaction. That surprised me but what got my attention is that I felt compassion for myself and offered myself more of it. Then I felt some compassion for my brother and then forgot about the request.
Today another one of my brothers called me and said he wanted to touch base since we have not talked in a while. If you know my family, you know that for my brother to say he wanted to touch base with me is in itself a miracle. In our conversation he told me that he spoke with my brother who asked me for money and explained to him why he should not expect me to respond to the request for money. This brother who explained that I would not be responding to the request had not spoken with me for a while and I have no explanation for why he did what he did except as Edward rightly said, the relationship with my family members is shifting and I am excited about where it is going. Thank you fellow light workers, thank you Edward.”

My nervous system seems to be operating at a less triggered level. My new normal appears to be more settled. Things that would normally cause me heightened anxiety are not doing so.
It’s a strange space to be in!
Not complaining, very grateful. Just not used to it, so don’t know where the parameters are any more. I guess it’ll be fun learning!
Last week I had an unusual experience: I woke up Wednesday (before that night’s session) and my physical pain level had DRAMATICALLY dropped. I had a steroid shot in my hip the day before. This usually only helps my hip. Before this (recent drop) occurred, I was discouraged as after a fairly stable period I started having headaches & severe pain spikes again.
I felt so good I did short periods of light gardening 4 days in a row!!! Unbelievable, but true.
My hope was to be able to have a breakthrough in my daily routine, which was making me unhappy in many ways and to somehow change my toxic relationship with food. I didn’t really believe it, that I’m going to make it last or going to be successful (did that before, didn’t work to maintain a different routine or heal my relationship with food), but at least, I thought, it’s going to be 8 days of “something different”. The day I started fasting was the day that I spontaneously enrolled for this course, and since then, I managed to change things, or they have been changed, in a way that I couldn’t have even imagined and I’m still not really capable of believing it.
I had a very difficult relationship with food in the last 10 years. I hated it, feared it, avoided it as much as I could, because no matter how much or what I was eating, I wouldn’t gain energy, but lose it completely for the rest of the day (and gaining weight). But on the other hand, at the evening, after a long day it was my only way to reward myself for making it through, the only way for me to calm my nervous system down and be able to relax. I had been trying a lot to change that issue, but it seemed I was doomed when it came to that.
Long story short: After I finished fasting my relationship with food was healed completely. I’m eating 3 -5 times a day now (after 10 years of eating once a day or not at all), because all of a sudden I can feel my body being hungry again (hadn’t had that feeling for quite a long time, because I learned to suppress it perfectly). I’m not afraid of eating anymore, even in public (which has been a big issue for me) and most importantly, I’m not losing energy after eating, I’m gaining it.
And I’ve been able to cut down my caffeine. I was badly addicted to coffee for almost 20 years now (somehow my substitution for food throughout the day), having up to 10 cups a day (not quite healthy I guess). Now it’s just one big cup in the morning. And all of this changed without any effort!! –
Update: I had a pretty long and emotionally exhausting day today and I got a headache, what’s pretty normal for me after days like this.
So I gave myself some compassion for having a headache, but nothing changed. And then it came to my mind, that sometimes, if I do “too much healing” my head starts aching ( I joined the live call today and it was pretty intense for me) so I went for “ISS healing always causes you pain” and my headache was gone IMMEDIATELY!
I have been suffering with multiple chronic illnesses, including chronic fatigue, but am finding I have so much more energy than before and I’m using it to deepen into my soul’s purpose. Which has also become clearer and the steps are illuminating themselves in front of me. I’ve noticed my young kids are acting differently towards me too – they are so much more willing to listen and help out. Less conflict and demand avoidance for both and jumps forward in their development.
Yesterday afternoon I felt a lot of pain in my kidneys, which has been something I’ve carried for most of my life. I was guided to go into a Figure 8 process with them, and during the session I saw them glowing red but slowly, their color and feeling changed into green, more calm and cool.
Wow…
Then last night I had such a deep experience with karmic clearing. It felt like something was shifting. In the middle of the night I woke up with strong emotions, energies, and pain in my body especially around my kidneys. It was like my body was speaking to me clearly, showing me what old imprints were ready to be released. I started doing ISS phrases and was already surprised by what came up. It felt connected to another lifetime.
A strong presence came in, and I went into a longform Figure 8 process. I saw a woman lying on the ground, hidden and in deep pain. As I connected with her, the pain in my own body grew stronger in my kidneys, liver, and hips. It was almost hard to breathe.
I asked her how she felt, and she shared she was terrified and broken. She showed me that in that lifetime, they had taken out some of her organs while she was still alive and awake to punish her for being too powerful, and to sell them for money. I feel this is a deep root of my money situation in this life as she told me she vowed to never be involved with money or power again.
It was hard to imagine, but my body was feeling it all so intensely. I did 4 or 5 rounds of compassion phrases and could feel the pain moving. Her energy started to shift. She felt seen and supported for the first time.
Then suddenly, her form changed. Another woman appeared from another lifetime, but carrying the same pain. This time I saw her in Egypt, inside a pyramid. When I asked how she felt, she told me she was completely broken and lost. As I did more rounds of phrases, more of her story came through: she told me that beings not from Earth had taken her baby girl, they cut her out of her womb while she was still awake, and took the baby for experiments.
This part of the process was intense. My body went through waves of emotion, pain, and visions. And I suddenly understood so much. After that experience, I made a vow to never be fertile again and it made sense of the feeling I’ve always had since being a teenager, that I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant. I never knew why, but it was something I just felt deeply inside. Also as a little girl I said I never wanted to have children.
I also saw a connection to my grandmother, who died when my mom was 3. She had 10 children her body couldn’t carry and eventually died from depletion. She came to me once in a meditation and told me that with every pregnancy, she prayed to lose the baby and her fertility.
That memory feels alive in me too.
This experience showed me the two parts I carry:
— One that deeply longs to be a mother in this life and feels ready to meet my most aligned partner
— And another part that fights it, resists, and tries to distract myself from that dream
The pain in my kidneys is gone today (!) and I am so curious how this will influence my life in deeper ways!
I’m feeling so grateful for the Compassion Key it’s helping me reach the root of something I never knew how to fully touch or move before.
Thank you for holding space. I wanted to share in case anyone else is moving through something deep that feels mysterious or too much. You’re not alone.
I’ve been on a few calls and found I now sleep more deeply than I have in decades, no longer desire nor crave chocolate (I used to be fully addicted) nor desire to drink coffee. Also, an old shoulder injury has healed.
Based on these breakthroughs, I want more for myself and my clients.
For the first time in my whole life, I feel like I now have this ‘ safety net’ beneath me to support me, it’s so amazing and such a blessing! Also I feel the connection and love of my Highest Self and I can now discern her voice better which was a real issue for me. I have been really surprised by her guidance at times too, much bolder and from a much more expanded and empowered perspective/ viewpoint than I would have ever acted from before!
Also, I have had many other miracles show up too, my financial situation is very much changed. I owed tax and ended up getting a tax rebate instead. I have had so many gifts of things that I wanted and/or needed from people and my bank balance is in a very different and much healthier position!
Also, I now know how it feels to have a completely regulated and robust nervous system, I have suffered with anxiety, ocd and suffered burn outs, and although I have worked on this for a long time and it had improved considerably, I still had this fragility in my nervous system which just wouldn’t shift completely and showed itself in times of stress.
It is incredible, that has now GONE, I feel completely different, which is such a huge life changing WOW for me and I believe this cleared the path for things to evolve for me.
Also, I finally have clarity on sharing my gifts ( in conjunction with my existing business) and crucially I am now actioning my plan with motivation, something that was so blocked, dense and clouded for me.
I wanted to share and celebrate these incredible miracles and transformations and to say that this course has been life changing and truly is the missing piece for me!
My husband looks so well (better than the day I married him!) not waking up with a tired feeling, and managed to pull a little more weight in the gym, eyes clearer, he feels less ‘down’. He will still have this condition but I think we have found a way to manage, dare I say contain it…I don’t know, but I do know that it is miraculous. As much as I love my husband, I was being pulled down by his energy, it was hard to be around, given that I was struggling too. So husband and I now spiraling up together!
I want to share an extraordinary result I received from one of the modules. It was the module on healing the healer wounds and in it, Edward did a process around healing the karmic wounds of being judged. I immediately felt a release from some heaviness I didn’t know I was carrying and the next morning I woke up free from the eczema I had had on my left hand for nearly 2 years. The skin was completely clear and it has remained clear since. This system really works, it’s truly amazing.
I have been dealing with chronic pain in my back for over 10 years. I’ve tried everything—chiropractors, physical therapy, acupuncture, you name it. Nothing gave me lasting relief.
After working with the Compassion Key, I began to notice shifts—not just emotionally but physically.
It was surreal. It hasn’t all been perfect since then, but the difference is night and day. I have stretches of being completely pain-free, which I never thought would happen again. This is beyond what I hoped for when I started.
I thought I had nothing to say in the celebration of Zoom. Never even raised my hand. Then I went back, saw that our class started in early November and just realized that I have lost 30 pounds I REALLY needed to lose during this class. Granted, I did five cleanses with a powerfully healing health community I’m part of. But they were cleanses I’d been really unable to do before. So, since starting to do CK clearings, I not only managed to do these cleanses, I developed a nascent mastery in them AND all that weight came off, almost of its own accord
And in the bargain, I fully cleaned out the garage and attic, areas I hadn’t even been able to look at for a year. I’m sure there’s more, but those are really big for me. Much of my hope going forward is strongly rooted in those heartening breakthroughs. Thank you to Edward, the CK team and you all!
A pain in my hip literally vanished. It was a scary pain. I had torqued it in a weird way from simply turning around. I was worried. It completely vanished and never returned.. As if nothing ever happened. I must say that felt like a total miracle! And it was. I am very grateful to be here. There is much to absorb and practice… Thank you everyone.
